The Detroit Free Press Top Workplaces annual awards program recognizes Michigan-based companies for their people-first work cultures. The recognition was determined by employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner, Energage LLC. The confidential survey measured 15 key culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection among other areas.
